Founding Engineer, Data & Applied AI
We're a small, focused team. This role spans data engineering, AI agent development and real-world deployment. You'll work across the full stack of our AI platform.
What we're looking for
- Experience building AI agents for real-world, messy use cases, not just demo projects
- Deep understanding of LLM limitations, RAG pipelines, and practical GenAI architecture
- Experience in building with agentic frameworks, tools, orchestration and building eval sets
- Strong fundamentals in data engineering and Python
- Resilience: real-world AI is hard. You've hit walls and pushed through them
